成都市信高工业设备安装有限责任公司成立于1993年，是一家以市政水处理为主业的龙头企业。自成立以来，完成了大量市政自来水厂、污水处理厂的工艺设备、电气、自动化仪表系统、监控及安防系统集成及安装调试工程。

     公司具有市政自来水厂、污水处理厂工程设计、系统集成、设备安装、软件开发及系统调试的专业设计研发及施工人员，并具备二次设计、技术咨询的能力。公司业务南至海南、北至辽宁、东至上海、西至乌鲁木齐，工程业绩遍及全国各地的大、中型城市。公司已经在上海、北京、新疆设立分公司或者办事处。自公司成立以来，成功完成了100多项国家重点工程的大、中型自来水厂及污水处理厂的设备集成、二次设计及安装调试工程。大量的工程实践使得公司在市政水处理行业里积累了丰富的设备集成及安装调试经验，同时在许多方面还处于国内领先的地位。

      公司承担了成都市第二、第六、第七自来水厂的安装建设项目，以及大量周边区县的自来水净化和污水处理项目及其他工程。公司承担了中国第一座，亚洲第三座的高密度澄清池的施工（新疆乌鲁木齐市石墩子山水厂）。公司研制开发的滤池一次性整体混凝土浇注的滤板和可调滤头，使滤池施工周期大大缩短，并已正式获得国家颁发的专利证书。我公司安装调试的西安市南郊水厂（50万立方米/日）工程曾得到了现任政治局常委俞正声同志的视察和赞许，并得到了建设部颁发的“文明工地”光荣称号。

      2010年，由公司设计、设备集成、安装调试的国内首座7万吨/天的超滤净水厂在北京市第九水厂运行通水，使公司在以膜技术为核心的第三代净水工艺领域走在了国内的前列。2012年公司又完成了采用超滤膜处理工艺的乌鲁木齐市红雁池水厂改扩建工程设备集成及安装调试项目（工程规模10万吨/天）。近年来公司加强与海南立升公司的技术合作，在广东省肇庆市建设完成了产学研“饮用水深度处理技术应用与示范项目”示范工程，工程规模2万吨/天。2012年12月，由公司安装调试的上海首座采用超滤膜工艺的青浦第三水厂投产运行。 2013年7月，由公司系统集成、安装调试的北京市第三水厂地表水应急改扩建工程超滤膜系统处理工程（8万吨/天）也竣工通水。这些年来，公司在超滤膜技术应用方面已经积累了丰富的工程应用经验，使公司成为国内超滤膜技术净水工艺的领导者和开拓者。

      近年来，公司还完成了成都市洛带垃圾渗沥液处理厂（1000吨/天）、上海老港垃圾渗沥液处理厂（3000吨/天）以及四川郎酒集团二郎污水厂（5000吨/天）等垃圾渗沥液处理工程及工业废水处理工程，使得公司在城市垃圾渗沥液处理及工业废水处理领域积累宝贵的经验，也使公司挺进了新的业务领域，为公司的健康稳步发展夯定了坚实的基础。2018年，公司获得上海市虹桥污水处理厂工程HQ2.1标的奖项。 2019年5月，公司承建的郑州航空港经济综合试验区第二水厂一期项目被评为“2019年度试验区市政基础设施优良工程”。

      自公司成立以来，连续多年获得“重合同守信誉单位”的荣誉称号，并多次被评为四川省先进企业。公司在发展成长的过程中，也得到了中国土木工程学会水工业分会的关心和支持。2013年，公司正式成为中国土木工程学会水工业分会给水专业委员会成员单位。凭借优良品质的工程项目，还获得了其他大量的奖项和社会认可。

Chengdu Single Industrial Equipment Installation Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 and is a leading enterprise with municipal water treatment as its main business. Since its establishment, it has completed a large number of process equipment, electrical, automated instrumentation systems, monitoring and security system integration, installation and commissioning projects for municipal water plants and sewage treatment plants.

     The company has professional design, R&D and construction personnel for municipal water plant and sewage treatment plant engineering design, system integration, equipment installation, software development and system debugging, as well as the ability of secondary design and technical consultation. The company's business extends to Hainan in the south, Liaoning in the north, Shanghai in the east, and Urumqi in the west. Its project performance covers large and medium-sized cities across the country. The company has established branches or offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Xinjiang. Since the establishment of the company, it has successfully completed equipment integration, secondary design, installation and commissioning projects for more than 100 national key projects of large and medium water plants and sewage treatment plants. A large number of engineering practices have enabled the company to accumulate rich experience in equipment integration, installation and commissioning in the municipal water treatment industry, and at the same time, it is still a domestic leader in many aspects.

      The company has undertaken the installation and construction projects of the second, sixth, and seventh water plants in Chengdu, as well as a large number of tap water purification and sewage treatment projects and other projects in surrounding districts and counties. The company undertook the construction of the first high-density clarification tank in China and the third in Asia (Shidunzishan Water Plant in Urumqi, Xinjiang). The filter plate and adjustable filter head developed by the company for the one-time integral concrete pouring of the filter greatly shorten the construction period of the filter, and has officially obtained the national patent certificate. The Xi'an Nanjiao Water Plant (500,000 cubic meters per day) installed and debugged by our company has been inspected and praised by the current Politburo Standing Committee Comrade Yu Zhengsheng, and has been awarded the honorary title of "civilized construction site" by the Ministry of Construction.

      In 2010, the first domestic ultrafiltration water purification plant with a capacity of 70,000 tons per day, which was designed, integrated, installed and debugged by the company, was put into operation at the No. 9 Water Plant in Beijing. The field of water technology is at the forefront of the country. In 2012, the company completed the equipment integration and installation and commissioning project of the Urumqi Hongyanchi Water Plant reconstruction and expansion project (project scale of 100,000 tons/day) using ultrafiltration membrane treatment technology. In recent years, the company has strengthened its technical cooperation with Hainan Lisheng Company, and completed a demonstration project of "Drinking Water Advanced Treatment Technology Application and Demonstration Project" in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, with a project scale of 20,000 tons/day. In December 2012, the first Qingpu third water plant in Shanghai, which was installed and commissioned by the company, using ultrafiltration membrane technology was put into operation. In July 2013, the ultrafiltration membrane system treatment project (80,000 tons/day) of the surface water emergency reconstruction and expansion project of the Beijing Third Water Plant, which was integrated, installed and commissioned by the company's system, was also completed. Over the years, the company has accumulated rich engineering application experience in the application of ultrafiltration membrane technology, making the company a leader and pioneer in the domestic ultrafiltration membrane technology water purification process.

      In recent years, the company has also completed the Chengdu Luodai Landfill Leachate Treatment Plant (1,000 tons/day), Shanghai Laogang Landfill Leachate Treatment Plant (3,000 tons/day), and Sichuan Langjiu Group Erlang Wastewater Treatment Plant (5,000 tons/day). /Day) and other landfill leachate treatment projects and industrial wastewater treatment projects, enabling the company to accumulate valuable experience in the field of urban landfill leachate treatment and industrial wastewater treatment, and also enable the company to enter new business areas, and to maintain the company’s health and stability.
